Findmykids Charged My Card 4 Times During Renewal Attempt
When I tried to renew my subscription on the Findmykids website as it was about to expire, my card was charged multiple times — four separate payments. I have not been able to reach anyone for support. There is no way to cancel or get a refund. The system asks for a payment receipt, but it never accepts the uploaded photo. I am filing a complaint. This is not reliable at all.
