I Was Charged €49.50 by Findandloc Without Authorization

On 12.09.2026 an amount of EUR 49.50 was charged to my bank card ending with 6381 with the description “FINDANDLOC* C8451224FF BARCELONA ES”. I had previously registered once, but I have never used any service and did not knowingly approve or use any paid subscription or service that would justify this charge. I consider this deduction from my card to be unauthorized and unfair. I request that the full amount of EUR 49.50 be refunded to my card and that any subscription or payment agreement associated with my card be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made in the future. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently, cancel any service linked to my card and confirm the refund and blocking of future payments.
