I Got Charged ₺600 by Findandloc Without Consent After 24-Hour Trial Use

I feel completely taken advantage of by Findandloc. I only used the app once for less than 24 hours, and that was solely because my brother lost his phone and we needed quick location support. I never agreed to any paid subscription or approved any automatic payment. Yet, without my knowledge or authorization, ₺600 was charged to my card.

This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I did not receive any warning, confirmation, or prompt for consent. I simply tested the app for one day, and now I’m stuck with an unjustified charge. This feels like a scam, and I’m furious that my card was used in this way.

I demand that Findandloc immediately refunds the ₺600 they took from me without permission. If I don’t receive my money back promptly, I will file a formal complaint with my bank and report this app to consumer protection services.

Others beware—this app charges you without notice. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
