Findanlock Charged Me Without Consent and Started Subscription
I later realized that a subscription was started through Findanlock without my knowledge or approval, and a charge was made to my card. Even though I was not aware that I had saved my card details, an automatic transaction of $19 was processed on March 4 without any verification code being sent to me or any clear consent given.
For this reason, I request that this subscription, which was started without my permission, be canceled immediately and that the $19 charged to my card be refunded to me. I ask that this issue be reviewed urgently and that this unauthorized charge be resolved.
