Findanloc Charged Me Extra — Wrong Billing for Location Service

On October 21, 2025, at 5:05 PM, while using Findanloc’s location tracking service, I was told that the fee would be ₺199 (≈ $6). However, ₺599 (≈ $19) was charged to my account instead. My reference number is 10240128265. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I have not yet contacted customer service.
I request that the incorrect charge be corrected immediately and that my subscription be canceled to prevent any further unauthorized payments.
