Findandloc Unauthorized Transactions Refund Complaint

On November 25, 2025, while trying to download the Tesla vehicle charging app and create an account, a software called “Findandloc” opened instead of the official Tesla app and asked for my card information. At that point, $1 was charged to my card without providing any service. Since this platform does not offer any service and has no contact number or support address, I do not believe it is trustworthy.
Then, on November 26, 2025, another transaction appeared under the description “Findandloc C5099547FF,”* and an additional $14 was charged to my Citibank credit card, which is issued for AstraZeneca corporate use and ends with 021995. I do not know what this Findandloc company does, I have received no service, and I do not have any kind of account or subscription that I can cancel.
I am reporting these charges as unauthorized transactions and request that both charges — the $1 from November 25, 2025, and the $14 from November 26, 2025 — be immediately reversed and refunded to me. I also request that my Citibank credit card be urgently canceled and that the security of my card information be ensured.
If these unauthorized charges made by the company named Findandloc are not refunded as soon as possible, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and if necessary, pursue legal action and take the appropriate steps through judicial authorities regarding this system and application.
