Findandloc Took ₺599 Without My Consent
On May 26, I was shopping on the FLO website using my phone when I was suddenly redirected to what seemed like a trial or verification step. Without realizing, ₺30 was deducted—something that already felt suspicious and misleading.
But things got worse. On May 27, a ₺599 charge was made to my account for a Findandloc subscription I never signed up for. I never agreed to any subscription, let alone a monthly one, and this was clearly done without my knowledge or consent.
This is completely unacceptable. I feel tricked by a system that was designed to confuse users into authorizing payments they never intended to make. I demand that this situation be corrected and my money refunded immediately.
No one should have to deal with unauthorized charges just for trying to make a simple online purchase. Findandloc must take responsibility and stop charging people through misleading methods.
