I Face Unauthorized $19 Charge from Finda.net for a Service I Didn’t Approve
On Friday, August 15, $19 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank debit card by Finda.net without my knowledge or authorization. I only agreed to a $1 payment for a phone location service, as my phone was lost. However, there was no mention of any subscription or additional $19 charge during the process.
I sent an email to Finda.net regarding this issue but received no response. I still have the payment receipt and reference number as proof of the transaction.
I request the immediate refund of the unauthorized $19 withdrawn from my account and expect Finda.net to address this issue promptly.
