Finda.net Unauthorized Charges After Amazon Prime Promo
I live in South Africa and on 3 January I paid R15 for a one‑week promotional offer via Amazon Prime/TV using my virtual card. After this small, intentional purchase, two unexpected debits of R750 each were taken from my bank account by a company identified as “finda.net*32XFY”, first on 5 January 2026 and again on 3 February. These debits were made against the same virtual card I used for the R15 Amazon Prime/TV promotion. I have never registered on any website called Finda.net, nor have I knowingly agreed to any subscription or service with them. The only related transaction I made was the R15 promotional payment through Amazon Prime/TV, and it appears that my card details were somehow accessed or misused following that transaction. Once I noticed the two R750 debits, I had my virtual card blocked by my bank in order to prevent any further unauthorized payments. I request a full refund of both R750 debits that were taken without my consent. I also ask that this situation be investigated and that it be confirmed that no further charges will be made to my account in connection with Finda.net or the R15 Amazon Prime/TV promotion.
