Finda Net Charged R750 Without Consent - Unauthorized Subscription Issue
I recently discovered a charge of R750 on my Capitec account from “Finda. Net. Zucll” for a Finda Net phone locator service that I did not knowingly subscribe to or authorize. I was not informed of any such payment, and I only realized it afterwards when checking my bank transactions, which made me feel scammed. The charge was made on 09.03.2026. I immediately tried to dispute this transaction with my bank, but my dispute was not successful and the money has not been returned. I have not been able to resolve the matter through the bank and I have not received any explanation from Finda Net regarding how this payment was initiated. I request a full refund of the R750 that was taken from my account without my clear consent and an explanation of how this transaction was processed in my name so that it does not happen again in the future.
