Fiat Exploiting Disabled Individuals for Publicity?

I can't help but think that Fiat is trying to get away from its boring campaign by using disabled people as a public relations trick. Through Fiat's Engelsiz Hararet program, my brother and I were going to buy a car together. But even though the website and application interface were working, they disabled the dealer and city selection on the form (as shown in the picture) so we couldn't send it. I was determined to move forward, so I found a way to send the form, but there was no response at all. Your dealers also didn't bother to call us back. Thank you, Fiat and TOFAS Group, for your "attention" and for giving people false hope. I don't know what to say. If this is how Fiat deals with its campaign and potential customers, I have to question their honesty. Using people with disabilities for their own gain is wrong!
