Fiat Egea 1.3 Chronic Start-Up Issue

86

I've discovered that our 2017 Fiat Egea 1.3 has fallen victim to the chronic "Start-up Extension Issue" software malfunction. Despite numerous complaints both here and on various platforms regarding this relevant software glitch, the authorized service center insists on charging an additional fee for diagnosis and software updates, citing the expiration of our vehicle's warranty.

It's perplexing why the company, instead of opting for a software update for customer satisfaction, chooses to complicate the matter for customers. There's no mechanical fix available, and the solution is a simple software update, which we've been told takes about half an hour.

We urge Fiat officials to assist us promptly in resolving this matter.
