FedEx Is Not Doing Its Job

Hello, on December 22, 2023, I've been facing a critical issue with my products from China, and for the past two weeks, there has been no resolution. The delivery address includes an open title located on the description of the location, which has been wrongly added. To correct this, they demanded a Correct Recipient petition along with a similar petition for the Sender, each incurring a penalty fee of ₺392.25. On December 27, 2023, after submitting all the necessary documents and receipts to the specified email, I've received no response for eight days now. Instead of addressing the problem, they seem to be passing it around internally. When I suggest calling for assistance, they insist on emails only, yet they don't even bother checking them. If the situation isn't resolved within 20 days, including the 14 days of warehousing costs, our goods will be liquidated. Despite explaining the issue to customer service for the past two days, all they advise is sending emails. Without a prompt resolution, I'm looking at nearly a $700 loss.
