Farmina - N&D Cat Food Mix-Up. Wrong Product Sent
I bought Farmina - N&D cat food, but since I still had some Pro Plan left, I decided to open the package. They sent cat food for a tropical climate instead. I purchased it without having a membership. The kids unwrapped the package and placed the food in the bowl. The cat hasn't really eaten much in almost ten days. By the time I got around to inspecting the package, it was already too late. If it wasn't for the weight, I would have given it to the cats in the neighborhood. I'm at a loss for what to do.
Progress
I bought Farmina brand cat food. When our cat ate it, she vomited and didn't eat for a week. The place I bought it from did not accept a return and told us to complain to the brand. I wrote to them but received no response. I had bought 10 kilos. Please suggest a solution. I have been using Pro Plan brand for two and a half years and bought this for a change. The brand was highly praised. Either the product is defective or it did not suit my cat.
