Farmasi Won't Delete My Personal Data After Membership Cancellation
About four years ago, I became a Farmasi member through someone who contacted me on WhatsApp. Later, I requested that my membership be canceled and that all of my personal information be permanently removed from Farmasi's system. However, the person who enrolled me told me that while my membership could be canceled, my personal data would remain in the company's database.
I am extremely uncomfortable knowing that my personal information, including my full name, national identification number, and phone number, is still being stored by Farmasi. I no longer want the company to retain any of my personal data.
I am requesting that my Farmasi membership be permanently terminated and that all of my personal information be completely and irreversibly deleted from every Farmasi database. I also ask Farmasi to provide clear written confirmation once my personal data has been permanently erased and to complete this process as soon as possible.
