I Can’t Get Gamermarkt to Fully Delete My Account Info

Hi, I made a sale on Gamermarkt around 7–8 months ago and haven’t used the platform since. Now, I want my membership and all associated personal data completely deleted. But no matter how many times I ask, they keep making excuses. Instead of fully deleting my account, they just deactivate it—which is not what I asked for. I have the right to request full deletion of my personal information, and I expect Gamermarkt to respect that. I don’t want my data stored anywhere anymore.
