Farmasi Double Lash Mascara Quality Has Dropped Dramatically

I've been buying this mascara for years, but its quality has continued to decline. I previously submitted a complaint about the same issue, but I was persuaded to remove it after it seemed like the problem would be addressed. Unfortunately, nothing actually changed.

The biggest issue is that the product runs out much faster than it used to. It used to last around four uses before noticeably drying out, but now it starts running out after just two uses. It feels like the tube is barely filled, as if there is much less product inside than before.

Another disappointment is the Double Lash formula. It used to be an intensely black mascara that gave my lashes a rich, bold look, but the color and overall quality have become much weaker. The product no longer performs the way it once did.

In December, a friend and I purchased approximately 10 of these mascaras because we trusted the brand based on our previous experience. Since all of them have shown the same quality issues, I am requesting a full refund for every product we purchased.
