FamRadar Unauthorized Charges On Wells Fargo Account

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my Wells Fargo account from a company called FAMRADAR, shown on my statement as “FAMRADAR GO.FAMRADAR.I FL S346072646231311.” The first charge appeared on March 15, and on April 13, 2026, I was charged again, once for $12 and then for $49. It appears that this company has attempted to hit my account multiple times. I have never used their services, never installed any related application, and never signed up with FAMRADAR in any way, so these charges are completely unauthorized. After noticing the first charge, I immediately disputed it with Wells Fargo and I intend to keep disputing every new unauthorized charge. So far, I have not received any formal response, resolution, or refund from Wells Fargo, and the situation is continuing. I also tried to contact FAMRADAR directly by calling the phone number 650-319-7416, but nobody answered and I was not able to reach any responsible representative. I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges from FAMRADAR, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been opened in my name without my consent, and the blocking of any future charges from this company. I also expect a clear confirmation that this matter has been resolved and that my account and card information will not be used again without my explicit authorization.
