I do not understand the origin of this charge and I have not received any information or notice that would justify it. I kindly request a clear explanation of why this 12.50 dollar charge was applied, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that may be associated with my data without my explicit consent, and, if this charge is not duly justified, a full refund of the amount debited and the assurance that no future unauthorized charges will be made.
