FamRadar Keeps Trying to Charge My Chime Card Without Authorization
I am writing to report ongoing unauthorized payment attempts from a company called FamRadar on my Chime card. I have never signed up for any FamRadar subscription, service, or account, and I do not even know who they are or how they got my card information. Despite this, they keep trying to take money from my account. The most recent attempt happened just now, and the only reason they have not taken any money is because my Chime card is locked. If I unlock my card to make a legitimate purchase, FamRadar immediately tries to charge it, which makes it impossible for me to safely use my own card. So far, all of their attempts have been declined only because my card is locked. I contacted Chime about these attempts, and they asked if it was me trying to make the purchase. I clearly stated that it was not me. They advised me to lock my card or get a new one, but even after following their advice and keeping my card locked, FamRadar is still trying to charge my account, so the problem has not been stopped or solved. I request that this ongoing unauthorized activity be fully investigated, that FamRadar be permanently blocked from attempting any future charges, and that my account and card information be properly secured so I can use my card without worrying that this company will try to take my money as soon as it is unlocked.
I keep sending written letters, but nothing stops them.
