Unauthorized FamRadar Charges On Millennium BIM Card
I am writing to report and contest two unauthorized Famradar charges that were debited from my Millennium bim bank account. The charge appears with the description “MBIM-Cartao *2724 usado 27/03/2026- 13:23H, USD 39,99 (MZN 2.732,57) no FAMRADAR +16503197*** US. Para duvidas ligue 8003500/+25821350035”. The first unauthorized charge was noticed on 13 January 2026, and the same type of debit has now occurred twice in total, each time for the amount of USD 39,99 (MZN 2.732,57). I have never subscribed to Famradar, never authorised these payments, and I do not recognise this service. So far, I have not been able to contact either Millennium bim or Famradar about these debits, but I am now formally objecting to these transactions and requesting that they be treated as unauthorised charges. I want my bank to investigate how my card details were used for this service and to clarify whether any recurring or hidden subscription has been set up in my name without my explicit consent. My clear expectation is that the full amount of both Famradar charges is refunded to me and that any existing Famradar subscription or payment agreement linked to my card or account is immediately cancelled. In addition, I request that any future Famradar or similar debits be blocked so that this situation does not repeat itself. I kindly ask that this matter be handled urgently and that I receive written confirmation of the investigation result, the refunds, and the cancellation of any related subscription.
