FamRadar Attempts Repeated Charges Without User Consent
I recently discovered that a company called FamRadar has been attempting to charge my Chime credit card $49, even though I have never used their service, and I do not have a family to track or follow with such an app. I noticed the most recent $49 attempt just a few minutes ago, and these attempts have been going on since around the 14th of this month. My wallet and card were stolen, and I reported my card as stolen to Chime. Chime has already mailed me a new card, so I do not understand why FamRadar is still trying to charge my account after the theft report. I have not knowingly signed up for any FamRadar subscription, free trial, or service. I request that these unauthorized FamRadar charges and attempts be fully investigated, that any related payments be blocked or reversed if possible, and that my account and card information be secured so this does not continue. I also want written confirmation regarding the cancellation of any FamRadar subscription or account that might have been opened in my name without my consent.
