Famradar Charges My Card $49.99 Without Any Account or Trial Signup

On 04/14/2026, $49.99 was charged from my BiRBank card for a Famradar-related transaction without my knowledge or permission. I have never signed up for Famradar, never started any trial period, and never knowingly shared my card information with this platform or with any app that may be connected to it.
As soon as I noticed this unauthorized transaction, I immediately had my card blocked to prevent any further charges, and I'm currently waiting for the outcome of the process my bank is handling. Despite this, having $49.99 charged to my card without my approval has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting a full refund of the $49.99 charged to my card without my permission, the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may have been set up on my card through Famradar, and that all necessary checks be carried out to prevent a similar transaction from happening again.
