FamPay AutoPay Debits 699 INR to ShareChat Without User Intent

I am using Fampay UPI wallet and I have faced repeated problems with payments being taken from my account through autopay. These amounts were deducted without my clear intention each time, and one of the transactions was a payment of 699 INR to Sharechat, which went through in less than a second. Because of these unwanted and repeated charges, I decided to disable the autopay feature today. I contacted FamApp / Fampay customer support and explained that these payments were unfair and not intended, and that I want my money back. A support ticket was created, but so far I have not received a proper solution or a refund of the amounts that were deducted. I am requesting that all wrongly charged or unintended autopay payments, including the 699 INR transaction shown in my payment confirmation screenshot, be fully refunded to my Fampay wallet or linked account as soon as possible. I also ask that no further charges be made without my clear consent.
