Google Family Link Shows Incorrect Screen Time and App Usage Statistics

For the past three weeks the Family Link app on my Samsung A51 has been displaying completely inaccurate usage statistics. The Google Photos app, which I have blocked on my child’s phone, is recorded as being active for six to seven hours as if a video had been watched. In addition, the app logs usage during the night when the phone is turned off, showing activity that never occurred. These erroneous usage times appear both on my child’s device and on my own device when I check the statistics. I have submitted multiple support requests through the app. Each time the support team asked me to provide screenshots from my child’s phone settings; I sent the requested images, only to be told they were not the right ones and to send different ones. Despite sending every requested file, the problem remains unresolved and I have received no clear guidance. I am asking for the statistical error to be fixed immediately, for the usage times and blocked applications to be recorded correctly, for the past incorrect records to be reviewed and amended, and for a detailed explanation of the inconvenience I have experienced.
