Google Family Link Keeps Rejecting the Correct Parent Access Code

Due to an issue with the Google Family Link app, my second-hand Huawei Y7 phone has been completely locked for approximately one week, and I have been unable to use the device at all. The app asks for a parent access code, but even though I am certain that I am entering the correct parent access code, it repeatedly says that the code is incorrect, leaving the phone stuck on the lock screen.

As a result, I am currently unable to perform any operations on the phone, and the device has become completely unusable. I believe there may be an error or malfunction with Google Family Link, and as a user, I have been unable to find a way to resolve this issue.

I request that Google investigate this issue through Family Link, remove the lock from my phone, and restore the device so that I can use it normally again.
