For the past four months, my Falla bonus payments have not been credited to my account properly. Even when they do appear, the amounts are much lower than they should be. I have contacted support, but no one is addressing the issue.
This is completely unacceptable. I demand that my bonus payments be calculated correctly and fully credited to my account immediately. If this is not resolved, I will take legal action and inform other users about this unfair practice.
No matter where the payments are processed, the company must take responsibility. If Falla is a legitimate company, it should provide official documentation proving it is not misleading users.
