Falla Live App Caused $400 Financial Losses on Redmi Note 11 Pro

Since January 2026, I have been using the Falla Live application on my Redmi Note 11 Pro phone, during which I incurred a loss of approximately $400 through the platform. I experienced nothing but financial loss on this application, and the internal transactions, withdrawals, and losses—as shown in my screenshots—resulted in significant financial harm.

I believe the guidance and earning promises provided within the application do not reflect reality, causing me to suffer greater financial losses as I continued using it. The screenshots I submitted clearly display the transaction and withdrawal history in my account, backing the financial losses I experienced.

I demand an inspection into my losses on the Falla Live app, that my account history be audited to identify any unfair or improper practices, and that my losses of approximately $400 be refunded to me if possible.
