Falla App Fails to Reward Active Users in Knight Room

I am a long-time user who actively uses the Falla app every week. I am especially involved in the Knight Room and the Knight Family within the app. Despite this, the room support I receive is consistently limited to only 500k coins, and this situation has now become seriously frustrating for me.

Even though I remain active every week, today once again I was given only 500k coins, which caused me to feel disadvantaged. This situation has negatively affected my morale and has even impacted me psychologically. I feel that the effort and activity I put into the app are not being fairly rewarded.

I do not want the Knight Room and Knight Family to continue in this way. Therefore, I request that the Knight Room and Knight Family be closed, and that a proper review be conducted regarding room support so that my grievance can be addressed.
