Falkon Nitro 50 Motorcycle Won't Start After First Service

I got the 500 km maintenance completed for my Falkon Nitro 50 motorcycle on 21/12/2023. The current distance is 1400 kilometers. I'm getting ready for my second service, but when I stop the motorcycle after running it for a while, it won't start even when I press the start button, and I can't start it with the kickstart either. I'm struggling to determine the next steps. Even though it's a new product, I'm facing multiple problems. The plastic components are quite noisy and the headlight tends to flicker. Every time I hit the gas, it hesitates before picking up speed. The cables below are not secured and are scattered everywhere. When the kickstand is down, the cables that should not be engaged are loose. I had to collect all the cables on my own using Velcro straps.
