My 2023 model CFMOTO 250 NK motorcycle, with 6000 km on it, turns on the engine malfunction light every time it rains. I take it to the service center in Sivas city center, but no one pays attention. They mention things like the injector, but it's not related. My problem is not being solved in any way. They don't even open a service record. I really regret buying it. Apparently, the problem is fixed when they update the ECU software, but as far as I know, there's no service center in Sivas that has the device to do this. I use it to commute to work, and if I send it to the factory, it's unclear when it will return. I'm expecting support from CFMOTO regarding this issue.
