My CFMOTO 250 NK Shows Error Codes and the Service Center Refuses to Help




I have a 2022 model 250 NK, and ever since it reached 10,000 km, it's been showing error codes P0261, P0031, and P560. When I try to start it, the fuel pump doesn’t even make a sound, and the bike isn’t functioning right now. I bought this bike, thinking it was the best Chinese model available, but I feel really let down. Each time I took it to the service center, they charged me ₺2000, told me the bike was fine and that these were just minor error codes, and then sent me off. Now, with the bike at 20,000 km, I researched the codes and found out they point to the injector, ignition coil, and voltage problems. When I confronted the service center about this and accused them of misleading me, they told me, “We don’t know anything about bikes; don’t come back to us anymore.” How can a service center say, "Don’t come back"? They were supposed to help, but instead, they’ve only made the bike worse.
