CFMOTO 250 NK Motor Fan Issue: Urgent Support Needed, No Response
On November 13, 2023, my 250 NK motorcycle, which had a mileage of 100 kilometers, flashed a continual fan operation problem. As soon as I turn the key in the ignition, the fan begins to rotate. I contacted customer care, and they say the problem is caused by rain and that it will be fixed after it stops raining; however, there has been no answer from the manufacturer. We were unable to get through to the customer service hotline, and the woman who answered the phone at the factory abruptly hung up on us. I emailed you but received no response. I am in desperate need of your assistance, and if this issue is not resolved soon, I will look into taking legal action.

We leave messages, but nothing happens. Instead of constantly sending pre-written messages to people, produce a solution related to the problem.
