Fakir Refuses to Cover Broken Vacuum Wheel Under Warranty

I purchased a Fakir Cooper BL 3042 model vacuum cleaner from Weltev Mobilya store in Develi, Kayseri on March 7, 2025. While the product was still under warranty, the rear wheel of the vacuum broke off and detached from the unit.
When I took the product to an authorized service center, I was told that the broken part was not covered under warranty and that I would need to pay for the repair. I then contacted customer service, but they also stated that broken parts are not covered by the warranty.
Being told that “broken parts are not covered” without even claiming user error, while the product is still under warranty, has seriously damaged my trust in the warranty process. If this part is not covered, I question the value and purpose of the warranty.
I request that the broken rear wheel be evaluated under the warranty and replaced free of charge, without any fees. I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
