Fairy Dish Detergent Leaves Dull Spots – Ruined My New Glass Set on First Wash

Despite various complaints, I kept using Fairy dish detergent, accepting the dull spots it left on my glassware for the sake of its cleaning power. However, I recently washed my brand-new tea glasses – never even used – and they came out covered in cloudy stains, as shown in the photos. This is beyond frustrating; how can a dish detergent ruin something so quickly? Fairy, I expected much better. I need a solution for the damage done to my new glass set and a clear explanation of why this product is causing such issues.
