FACEIT Server Connection Failure Triggers Unfair 1-Hour Match Abandonment Ban

I occasionally experience an issue where I cannot connect to the game at all during matches on FACEIT. When the match starts, I receive an in-game "failed to connect to server" error and the match never begins. Because of this issue, I was recently given an unfair 1-hour ban.

Despite having no connection problems on my end, receiving this error and getting banned has caused me significant frustration. I demand that this situation be investigated, that my 1-hour ban be lifted, and that the necessary technical checks be performed to prevent this error from happening again.
