Faceit Premium Not Working — CS2 Still Shows “Upgrade to Premium” Error

Today, I created a new Faceit account with the username “t***” and purchased the Premium subscription for $14.99. However, despite having a Premium account, the system keeps showing the error message “Upgrade your account to Premium” when I try to play CS2, and the Steam connection does not work. I tried reconnecting my Steam account, logging out and back in, but nothing resolved the issue. I also submitted a support ticket to Faceit, but I have not received any response.

I request that my CS2 account be recognized as Premium and that my Faceit–Steam connection be properly activated. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
