Hello, Facebook Türkiye. I need help accessing my personal Facebook account, which is registered under my name but appears with a different name. I recently had to change my phone due to a malfunction, and now I can’t log into my account.

Two-factor authentication was enabled on my old device, and I had activated the login key there. However, I can’t access the account because the key is tied to the device I no longer have.

I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I expect Facebook to provide a prompt solution. Thank you.
