I purchased an Oculus Rift S, but my enthusiasm has since waned. First of all, I am unable to install the application. I reported this to the support section, but they informed me that there was nothing they could do. Second, the device keeps crashing, I can't play the game, and unfortunately, the disgraceful support system can't fix it either. As additional information, my computer exceeds the minimum system requirements recommended by Oculus. Thirdly, your applications are a disgrace; I attempt to log in via the phone application but am unable to do so. When I enter my actual password, the system informs me that there is no such account. When I attempt to create a new record, I am informed that this account is already in use; is this nonsense?
