I Face FaceApp Server Error Despite Paid Subscription

While using the FaceApp application on my Android device, I keep receiving an error message saying “You have sent too many requests to our servers”, and because of this, I have not been able to use the app properly since yesterday. Despite having a paid subscription, being unable to access the service has caused inconvenience.
I have contacted both the FaceApp support team and other relevant channels regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. It is disappointing to be unable to use a service I am paying for and not receive any support.
I request that FaceApp first resolve this technical issue so I can use the app without problems. Additionally, I ask for compensation or an extension of my subscription period for the time I was unable to use the service.
