I Deposited 22K to Extrabet but It Never Reached My Account

Hello, on May 31, 2025, at 07:23, I deposited ₺22,000 into my Extrabet account using the fast transfer (seri havale) method. The recipient name shown during the transaction was A K*****. The transfer was completed successfully on my bank’s end, but the money never appeared in my game balance.
I contacted live support, and they asked me to send both the receipt and my account statement. I sent everything they requested via email. Despite providing clear proof that the funds left my account, I was told, “no investment was received.” How can that be, when I’ve sent bank-confirmed documentation showing otherwise?
To make matters worse, my account was permanently closed after that. So not only did Extrabet fail to credit the ₺22,000 I sent, they also shut me out of my account completely.
I’m requesting a full refund of the ₺22,000 I rightfully deposited. I’m also forwarding my complaint and all documents to the relevant licensing authority and complaint platforms.
Extrabet, resolve this immediately. You can’t accept a deposit, deny its existence, and then close someone’s account. I demand my money back without further delay.
