Unauthorized €29.99 Recurring Charges from VSA_TUTORIAL.EXPERTCHAT

For the last three months, starting in July, I have been seeing a recurring charge of 29.99 € on my bank account from “VSA_TUTORIAL.EXPERTCHAT”. I did not knowingly subscribe to or authorize any service or product from this company and I do not understand what this charge is for. Despite reviewing my emails and accounts, I have not been able to find any subscription information, confirmation message or contract that would explain these withdrawals. The charges continue to appear on my bank statement without my clear consent. I request that all unjustified charges of 29.99 € made over the past months be fully refunded and that any subscription or payment instruction linked to my card or account under “VSA_TUTORIAL.EXPERTCHAT” be immediately and permanently cancelled so that no further amounts are taken in the future. I also ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the charges have been stopped.
