Expert Option Top-Up Error Says “Try Again Later”

Thank you very much EO for your quick help

I am experiencing an issue while trying to top up my balance on ExpertOption. Since yesterday, I have attempted to add $100 to my account using my card, but each time the system displays a message asking me to try again later. The payment does not go through, and I do not understand what is causing the problem.

So far, no money appears to have been charged to my card for these failed attempts. However, I am concerned that I might be charged later even though the top-up was not successfully completed.

I have contacted ExpertOption support regarding this issue but have not received any response. I am requesting that my card top-up issue be resolved as soon as possible, that I receive a clear explanation as to why the transaction is being blocked, and that I be assisted in successfully adding $100 to my account without any unexpected charges.

Hello, Leon! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that this situation can be concerning. Payment attempts may occasionally be affected by temporary technical factors or by checks performed on the side of the payment provider or issuing bank. In most cases, if a transaction is not successfully completed, the funds are not charged. If anything appears pending, it is usually released automatically according to your bank’s processing time. To help us review your situation and assist you properly, please share your ExpertOption account ID here. We appreciate your patience and will be glad to help resolve the issue. Best regards, ExpertOption Team
