I was trying to switch from my ExpertOption demo account to my real account, but I am unable to log in. Instead, I keep receiving this error message: ID: 1739879264203:c537ea5b91be4ae3.

I have no idea what is causing this issue or how to resolve it. There are no clear instructions provided, and I have been unable to get any assistance from customer support. How am I supposed to proceed? I need immediate guidance on how to regain access to my account and continue trading.

ExpertOption, I expect a prompt response with clear instructions on why this error is occurring and how to fix it. Please provide proper support for your users!
