Expert Option Failed Deposit – Seeking Refund

I attempted to deposit ₺750 into my Expert Option account for trading, but although the transfer was successfully processed by my bank, the amount never reflected in my account. I reached out to their live support and sent emails, including proof of payment (bank receipt), but received no resolution.

Adding to my concerns, they specifically requested payments to a personal IBAN account with instructions not to include any descriptions, which seems highly suspicious. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this platform.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the ₺750 transferred to their provided IBAN account. I will never use this platform again, and I expect this matter to be resolved urgently to avoid further action.
