On September 7, 2024, at 10:46 AM, I deposited 3400₺ to my Expert Option account. Despite following all instructions carefully, the funds never showed up in my account. I've tried reaching out to customer support several times, but all they say is that they’re “looking into it” without providing any updates or solutions.

This unresolved issue has not only put me in a difficult financial position but has also severely impacted my trust in Expert Option. Two weeks have passed without any progress, response, or resolution. I urgently need this situation addressed and my money credited to my account. If Expert Option cannot resolve this matter immediately, I will be forced to pursue legal action. Please assist in recovering my funds.
