Expert Option Did Not Credit My Bank Transfer Deposit

On January 3 at 12:59 PM, I transferred $10 USD to my Expert Option account via Ziraat Bankası, using the IBAN provided by the platform. Even though I have the official transaction receipt, the money has still not been credited to my account, despite more than one full day having passed.

When I contacted Expert Option support about this issue, I was told that a simple deposit transaction could take 3–4 days. I do not find it acceptable for funds to be held for such a long time on an online trading platform, and this situation has caused me inconvenience.

I am requesting that my $10 USD deposit be credited to my account immediately, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation regarding why this process is taking so long.
