Expert Option Android App Not Opening After Latest Update

I am experiencing a serious problem with the ExpertOption Android application. Although I updated the app to the latest version, it no longer launches properly. When I try to open it, it does not work as it should and I cannot access my account or the platform at all. This issue started yesterday and has been continuing since then. I contacted ExpertOption support about this problem, but I have not received any response yet, even though I see that other users are being answered quickly. This situation reduces my trust and leaves me without any clear information about what is happening. My ExpertOption account is registered with the email address: milafv***[email protected]. I would like an explanation as to why this problem is occurring, and I expect the app issue on my Android device to be identified and resolved as soon as possible so that I can access my account again without interruption.
