Exness Won’t Release My $15,000 After Account Closure

I’m having a serious issue with Exness. They closed my account due to the account type, and I’ve since deposited an additional $6,700 for a new account, but they claim that the funds went to my old account. I’ve been unable to access or withdraw any of the money, and I now have $15,000 stuck in Exness. I can’t understand how such a large, global company is unable to resolve this.
