Ewa English Charged Me After Cancellation – Request Refund Immediately

I subscribed to the Ewa English service through Google Play and later decided to cancel the subscription. I cancelled it on 26.06.2026, but despite this, on 14.07.2026 an amount of 263 lei was still withdrawn from my account. After cancellation I expected the payments to stop, but the money continues to be taken and I only receive automatic, unclear robot responses instead of a clear explanation or solution. I kindly request a full refund of the 263 lei charged after cancellation and confirmation that my Ewa English subscription has been completely cancelled so that no further amounts are taken from my account.
